letter from this Department of the

26th October, 1933, (No.13789/33)

relating to Hong Kong Ordinance No.

15

of 1933, entitled "An Ordinanc

to make provision for the redemption

bounds

of the Nonds issued under the

authority of the Public Works Loan

Urdinance, 1927", I am directed

to request you to inform the Army

Council that the Governor of Hong

Kong has asked that the assurance of

the Hong Kong Government should be

conveyed to them that any ultimate

surpluses of the sinking fund to

be raised under the Ordinance not

required for the service of the

Bonds, will not be disposed of in

such
